Returns

We gladly accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of the original ship date.

Ineligible products for return include:

• Worn or damaged items
• Products with altered packaging
• Discontinued, closeout, or last call items
• Opened hair care products
• Charity donations
• Items with shipping protection

Please note: A return shipping fee of $10.95 will be deducted from your refund if you use the prepaid label.
